Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)
Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) are a great solutions for family offices, fund of funds, organizations, and individual investors that want more control over how their capital is managed. SMAs allow for more tailored strategies (enhanced leverage, exposure, weightings, tax control, etc.) in order for clients to meet specific objectives outside of our traditional fund product(s).
Master Fund
The Quanterra Master Fund is a traditional co-mingled investment vehicle, with a broad appeal to a diverse range of clients. The Master Fund structure is more structured product offering competitive (sometimes lower) fees compared to an SMA model.
Offshore & Global Fund Services
Our CIMA-compliant offshore fund is a Cayman Islands-based feeder fund that allows U.S. tax-exempt, as well as non-U.S. based investors, to access the same strategies, risk profile, and suite of service providers that make up the Quanterra Master Fund, while also preserving or eliminating foreign tax liability.
